Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Hydro Jetting Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain and grow our hydro jetting services across the organization with new and existing customers. Candidate will perform field visits to perform job walks and build estimates, manage team of hydro jetting technicians and jetting equipment, make sales calls to close deals and grow jetting portfolio, including preventative maintenances. Schedule jetting jobs with customers and field staff. Dispatch field staff daily. Manage and schedule reoccurring jetting services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect and Assess: Use video camera technology to inspect plumbing systems and identify issues.
Hydro Jetting: Operate hydro jetting equipment to clear clogs, grease, roots, and debris from pipes.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine hydro jetting to maintain optimal flow and prevent future blockages.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including before-and-after assessments.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain services, provide estimates, and offer maintenance recommendations
Dispatch and Schedule: Dispatch and schedule jetting jobs, projects and reoccurring preventative maintenances utilizing Service Titan dispatch software.
Recurring Service Management: Manage recurring services and notify/schedule jetting services as they become due.
Sales: Basic sales skills to close deals including jetting jobs, projects, and maintenances.
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in hydro jetting or related plumbing services.
- Proficient in operating hydro jetting equipment and other plumbing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with video inspection equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to details.
- Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lead a team of jetting technicians.
- Experience in maintaining jetting equipment.
- Familiarity with Service Titan office and mobile view is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000

Compliance Requirements
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
